Oracle Applications System Maintenance, April 21, 2018

The Oracle Applications and dependent services will be unavailable starting Saturday morning at 7:00AM, April 21 and ending Saturday evening in order to apply mandatory maintenance patches. 

Although the Cognos Data Warehouse is expected be available, the loads will not run Friday night. Therefore, data will be effective as of Thursday and that will remain in effect through Sunday evening. On Monday, the Cognos data will be as of Sunday evening. 

Please understand that since the IMSS applications are tightly integrated, other applications may not be available as well. If you encounter any problems, please try again at a later time. For questions or concerns, please contact the Help Desk (x3500, help@caltech.eduhttps://help.caltech.edu).
