Caltech Help Upgrade - December 10 at 6:30am-8:00am

IMSS will upgrade Caltech Help,, on Monday, December 10 from 6:30am to 8:00am. During this time, Caltech Help will be unavailable. Emailed tickets will queue up during the maintenance and tickets will generate once maintenance is complete. After the upgrade, Caltech Help authentication will use Shibboleth (same as for Box, software downloads, etc.) 

Those with "Tech" privileges in Caltech Help may also receive a Web Help Desk password reset notification via email. This notification may be ignored.
