Mobile Access

Office 365 is accessible from your mobile device's web browser(s). There are also apps available for multiple mobile devices that allow you to conveniently access the different Office 365 services. Note that your access.caltech must be granted access to these services before you can log in.

Configure Office 365 email and calendar on your mobile device

Install and set up Office Mobile

  • Office for iPad
  • Office Mobile for iPhone
  • Office Mobile for Android phones
  • Office Mobile for Windows is already installed on your device. To connect to Office 365 services follow these steps
    • If you are a current campus Exchange user and have a Windows Phone connected to your Exchange email on campus you will need to do the following:
      • On your Windows Phone tap Settings
      • Tap email + account
      • Tap and hold your Office 365 user ID, tap delete
      • Swipe to apps and tap Office
      • On places, tap Office 365. Follow the steps to set up your account. This re-adds your email account to your phone and adds a link to your OneDrive for Business documents in the Office Mobile app.
    • If you are not a current campus Exchange user, but now have an Office 365 account, do the following:
      • Swipe to apps and tap Office
      • On places, tap Office 365. Follow the steps to set up your account. This re-adds your email account to your phone and adds a link to your OneDrive for Business (if enabled)documents in the Office Mobile app.
