Using Clutter and Reporting Junk Email

Clutter

Clutter is a feature designed to automatically move less important messages to a folder named "Clutter," where they can be ignored or reviewed later. Clutter can learn from your habits and preferences and you can train Clutter by moving messages that automatically land in the Clutter folder back into the inbox, or by moving messages into the Clutter folder. More information about Clutter can be found here. Clutter is not enabled by default. To enable Clutter, do the following:

  1. In the Outlook Web App, click the Settings wheel at the top right of the menu ribbon
  2. Select Mail under the My App Settings
  3. In the left-hand menu, under Mail > AutomaticProcessing, select Clutter
  4. Select the option to Separate items identified as clutter
  5. Specify whether or not you want to receive notifications
  6. Click Save

  3. In the left-hand menu, under Mail > Automatic Processing > Junk email reporting, make your selection
