Report Internet Port Connectivity Failure
If one of the wall ports is inactive, please report it to the IMSS Help Desk at athttp://help.caltech.edu (request type IMSS-->Network, Wireless & Remote Access-->Other). In addition to the building and room numbers, we will need the location number and the port(s) number(s), which can be found on the wall plate (see illustration).
NOTE: Sometimes computers are blocked from the network because of different situations. Please check to see if your computer is blocked from the network herebefore reporting a bad network port.
