Clutter retirement postponed indefinitely by Microsoft

Microsoft announced today, December 13th, that Clutter will NOT be disabled on January 31, 2020 in response to customer feedback. Clutter's retirement has been postponed indefinitely at this time. However, no further development is planned for Clutter.
