Forms is provided by Office 365, is free to use, and features:

  • Create surveys, quizzes, and polls.
  • Collect responses in real-time.
  • Custom themes and question branching.
  • Export results to Microsoft Excel.
  • Assign points for automatic grading.

Teams - Instant messaging (IM), group chat, file sharing and collaboration
Instant message anytime, video calls/conferences, meeting recording, meetings with up to 250 people
