Forms
Microsoft Forms, part of the Office 365 suite, allows you to quickly and easily create custom questionnaires, quizzes, surveys, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices.

Log in
- Log via https://forms.office.com
- If you are already logged in to Office 365, on the app launcher (waffle), select Forms.
