Oracle Forms - Deployment Rule Set Certificate

The Deployment Rule Set certificate, which is required to access Oracle, has expired. As a temporary workaround, please follow these steps when accessing Oracle for the first time.
Managed Computing
- At the prompt, click on the check box "I accept the risk and want to run this application"
- Click on the Run button
Non-Managed Computing
When attempting to open Oracle, you may receive the following prompt
To access Oracle, follow the Custom Java Config File Download and Instructions
