Event Planner Training

IMSS will be upgrading the admin interface for www.caltech.edu on April 9th, 2023. This will include changes to the admin interface for Event Planners. The instructions for creating and managing calendar events have not changed, but the editor looks slightly different. We are holding this Zoom meeting to allow you to ask any questions about managing event information on the Institute calendar.

If you would like to test out the new admin UI, you may log into https://test.caltech.edu where you should see your existing events and will be able to add new test events.

NOTE: to access test.caltech.edu, you must be on campus or on VPN using the "tunnel all" option.

This upgrade only affects the admin UI; there will be no visible changes to the public-facing pages. If you have any questions, please email templates@caltech.edu.
