Request for Cloud Services - New Approval Process

To protect Caltech data from potential leakage and ensure the protection of regulated research data, IMSS, in partnership with Procurement Services, will review cloud services purchase and enablement requests. This review ensures your account is set up with the appropriate security settings to prevent data leaks of important research data and personal information. Examples of cloud services include, but are not limited to:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Microsoft Azure Services
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
