Duo Enrollment and Device Management

The Duo Device Management Portal can be used by new users to enroll in Duo, and by existing users to manage authentication methods. You must have an access.caltech account to access the Duo Device Management Portal. If you are a new user, you will be able to access the portal using only your access.caltech login and password. If you have already used Duo, you will be required to use one of your second-factor authentication methods in addition to your login and password.

Accessing the Portal

  1. Log in to access.caltech and select the link titled "Duo Registration and Management". Alternatively, browse directly to https://caltech.login.duosecurity.com/devices
  2. You will see the familiar Microsoft-based login page with the Beckman Institute background image. Log in using your username@caltech.edu followed by your access.caltech password.
  3. If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication using one of your existing authentication methods.
