Viewing Form Responses

Receive Email Notification for For Each Response

If you would like to receive an email notification, each time a form is submitted,

1. Click on the ellipsis (...) on the top right
2. Under Response receipts, click Get email notification of each response
3. Note that the email notification will be sent to the form creator

Review Submitted Responses

1. Go to https://forms.office.com and open your form
2. Click on the Responses tab
3. You will see a summary or dashboard of the submitted responses
4. You can also view individual responses or Open in Excel
