Web Version Instructions
- Go to https://caltech.zoom.us
- Click on Sign In, enter your Caltech username and password
- This is the same username used for other services including: access.caltech, Box, Conflict of Interest, Kronos, Online W2, and REGIS.
- Download the Zoom application if you haven't already
Zoom App Instructions
- Open Zoom on your desktop
- In the Sign in screen, select Sign in with SSO (Single Sign-On is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate to multiple applications and websites using their access.caltech credentials)
- Note for Faculty that had previously downloaded Zoom to your computer or device.
- Click on your Profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and confirm that the text "Licensed" is next to your name. If not, you should log out of the application then sign in again using the Sign In with SSO process described below. This process will update your account to the full "Licensed" version for up to 300 participants.
- Note for Faculty that had previously downloaded Zoom to your computer or device.

- Enter caltech
NOTE: All Caltech users must enter caltech for the company domain. This includes users that have their own domain such as gps.caltech, astro.caltech, hss.caltech, etc.
- Click Continue
- Enter your Caltech username and password. This is the same username used for other services including: access.caltech, Box, Conflict of Interest, Kronos, Online W2, and REGIS.
