Waiting Room
Enabling the waiting room or requiring a meeting passcode, are ways to secure your meetings. By following these steps you can enable the waiting room for all your meetings.
Instructions
- Log in to Zoom via https://caltech.zoom.us/
- On the left navigation, click Settings, under Meeting click, Security
- Enable the Waiting Room setting
