Mac Calendar Configuration
These instructions guide you through setting up your Office 365 calendar on the Mac Calendar app.
- Open the Calendar app on your Mac
- Select Calendar > Accounts from the menu
- On the Internet Accounts window, select Microsoft Exchange
4. Enter your name and email address in the format username@caltech.edu (access.caltech username)
5. Click Sign In
6. On the Microsoft Exchange page, select the option to Sign In
7. On the sign in page, select Work or School Account
8. Enter your access.caltech password and click Sign In
