Password Reset Instructions
If this is your first time using your alumni account and you have never reset your password, please reset your password and configure your password recovery questions before configuring your email.
Email Configuration Instructions
- Open Outlook
- Enter your email in the format username@alumni.caltech.onmicrosoft.com (e.g. jsmith@alumni.caltech.onmicrosoft.com)
3. Click Connect
4. If this window appears, click the box next to "Don't ask me about this website again" and click Allow.
5. Uncheck the box next to "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too", click Done
