Transferring Caltech to Alumni Email

For graduating students that request an Alumni account, IMSS automatically transfers your Caltech email to your Alumni account post-graduation. However, some students may need to remain on campus post-graduation for other Caltech assignments. For these cases, IMSS will not automatically transfer your emails. Once you are done with your Caltech assignment you may manually transfer your Caltech email to your Alumni account. Please note that this must be done prior to your Caltech account being terminated.

To transfer your Caltech to Alumni email, configure both your Alumni email account and your Caltech email account to use the same email client, such as Microsoft Outlook. Once both accounts are set up, you can move emails from one account to the other. You may select and move multiple messages at the once.
