Outlook (Windows & Mac)
Outlook is available via Office 365, follow the Office Download Instruction.
- Open Outlook (If you already have a different account setup in Outlook, click on "File" and then "Add Account" under Account Information)
- Enter your email address in the format (access.caltech username)@caltech.edu, then click Connect
- Enter your access.caltech password, click Sign in
- If this window appears, click the box next to "Don't ask me about this website again" and click Allow.
- If you use DUO, request a push or enter a passcode. If not, skip to the next step.
- Uncheck the box next to "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too", click Done
- Click Accept
