Blocklist and Safelist

Please note that it may take up to 30min for these changes to take effect.

Blocklist

NOTE: Email from email addresses or domains added to your personal blocklist will automatically be rejected and never delivered to your Inbox or Spam folder. Please note that you cannot allow or block a range of sub-domains using the following syntax: ".domain.com". However, you can explicitly block a specific domian using the following syntax: "server.domain.com". For more information, click here.

To add an email address or domain to your personal blocklist,

  • Log in to quarantine.caltech.edu
  • On the top right click Options > Blocklist

  • Enter the email address or domain you would like to block and click Add to List

Safelist

To add an email address or domain to your personal safelist,

  • Enter the email address or domain you would like to mark as safe and click Add to List
